this place for to order is horrible, they are NOT responsible and forgot my order, i have to get a simple bouquet at last time, definitely will not trust them next time

I have ordered floral arrangements from here several times in the past but this recent Mother's Day experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The bouquet that was delivered was half the size of what I ordered and paid for, and the box of chocolates I ordered was not what was delivered. They advertise a box of gourmet chocolates on their website but delivered a cheap package of Ghiradelli Squares to my mother and a small packet of Lindt to my sister. What a rip-off!!! I have tried to contact them via phone several times but there is no answer, and absolutely no response to the message that was sent to their customer service email address. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get it handled. NEVER AGAIN!!!

**FRAUD ALERT** **SCAMMERS** ⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING: This Company RUINED My Birthday ⚠️ Spent $86 on flowers that never arrived. Not late. Not damaged. Never arrived at all. No call, no update, no apology — just silence. My entire birthday was ruined because I trusted this company with something as simple as delivering flowers. This isn’t a mistake. This is theft. They took our money, delivered NOTHING, and showed zero accountability. Imagine paying almost $100 for absolutely nothing on the one day of the year that truly matters to you. That’s what this company did to me. I DEMAND a full refund of the $86 immediately. And I urge anyone reading this: DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will take your money, leave you empty-handed, and not care that they’ve destroyed your special occasion. This isn’t “bad service.” This is outright theft and fraud. I have ordered numerous arrangements from this establishment for years and they are always AMAZING! I once ordered an arrangement that I was not pleased with and called to discuss the matter. The next day the owner delivered another arrangement personally. Second, I never order my arrangements from this shop using 1800flowers. I call them directly and have always had an great experience! The arrangement below was for a retirement and the recipient absolutely LOVED it (I secretly wanted to take them home with me!). Great quality, great customer service, great business!

Worth every penny. The roses were beautiful, my mom loved them. The bubble vase is super cute. Will definitely be a returning customer!
